i appreciate the excellent customer service i received . the hotel present clean environment. the breakfast and dinner include a good range of choices.
i had an inconvenience location. the hotel is a bit far from the town. ultimately, you wanna to see the falls, so think about it.

the hotel location is outside the town, but it provides needed items. it is far from the center and requires transportation. this location offers a quiet setting.

the staff demonstrate friendliness with helpful approach. assistance is readilly avaliable for any needs. i appreciate the promptness and courtesy of the personnel .

the breakfast did have a good variety of food, i will give them that. the room was acceptable, i guess.
I was quite frustrated with the air conditioning. It didn't cool the room enough. the noise from other guests was also a problem. i could clearly hear people talking and moving around late into the night. It really disrupted my sleep! this is not what i anticipate for a 5 star stay.

the swimming pool was nice! the grounds were also lovely. i found breakfast had plenty of choice. the half board option was a plus.
The air con would not go below 22 degrees. It was 35 degrees outside. i think the hotel is cutting costs at the expense of its guests. there was no iron or ironing board. i think this is nonsense, other hotels provide them.
